Yes. EasyIdentity supports managing Users, Groups and Departments. Therefore, you can easily create Groups and Departments and Add/Remove Users to/from such Groups and Departments. This functionality is available in the EasyIdentity Portal (as shown below) where you can create/manage the Groups/Departments manually. The same can also be accomplished using the REST-APIs.
